The classics are done right here. The Canadian Classic starts at $14, two eggs your way with crispy bacon, honey ham or pork sausage. The Rangeland brings three eggs with bacon, honey ham and sausage links for $18. The Three’s Company is a pan-fried 3-egg omelette with your pick of any 3 fixins for $16. And if you want steak for breakfast, the Cowboy Sunrise has a 6oz AAA Alberta sirloin with two eggs your way for $21.

Weekend Vibes Worth Ordering

The Fried Chicken + Waffles is crispy chicken breast on a golden waffle with candied bacon, honey sriracha aioli and O’Brian potatoes for $18. The Morning Mess Breakfast Poutine is loaded O’Brian potatoes with eggs, bacon, sausage, caramelized onions and hollandaise for $18. And the Morning Tacos bring soft flour tortillas with guac, diced sausage, ham, pickled jalapenos and green onions for $18.

The Bennys and Sweet Stacks

Two Benedicts on the menu: the OG Benedict with poached eggs, classic back bacon and hollandaise on English muffins for $18, and the Florentine Benny with spinach, avocado and tomato jam for $18. For the sweet side, the Stack Attack is three fluffy buttermilk pancakes loaded with seasonal berries and Chantilly cream for $14, and the Crowned Waffle is golden waffles with Bavarian custard, Chantilly whip and maple syrup for $14.
