For courtesy room blocks under 20 rooms, we do not require a deposit. Terms are confirmed in a simple room block agreement outlining dates, room types, and the cut-off deadline.

Once the courtesy room block agreement is signed, we provide a dedicated booking link for your group. Guests can book online easily using this link, or they may call the hotel and reference the group name.
